Administration and Facilities Manager

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Experience in administration, facility management, office management, or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing housekeeping, security, maintenance, vendors, and facility operations.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent vendor-management and negotiation skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities and support services.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, equipment, furniture, and inventory.
  • Handle travel, accommodation, transportation, and other administrative arrangements.
  • Monitor administrative expenses and ensure effective cost control.
  • Control administrative expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Maintain proper records, reports, contracts, and administrative documentation.
MIS Executive

ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to join in our HO & manufacturing unit. This person will be responsible for day-to-day data entry, plant-level reporting, and stock reconciliation. With SAP being implemented at our unit, the candidate will be trained on the system from day one

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: We are not looking for prior SAP experience. We are looking for someone who:
• Is highly proficient in Microsoft Excel — pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data entry, report formatting
• Has worked in a manufacturing or industrial plant environment
• Is disciplined, accurate, and comfortable with repetitive data workflows
• Can communicate clearly with production, stores, and despatch teams
• Is eager to learn and will be trained on SAP by our implementation team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
DAILY
• Plant-level data entry (GRN, GI, production outputs)
• Shift-wise and daily MIS reports to head office
• Attendance, production, and despatch logs

ONGOING
• Stock reconciliation between stores and production
• Coordinate data across departments
• Support SAP entries once go-live is complete
